Nurture Your Health Blog
Welcome to Nurture Your Health. The focus here is on trauma and how to heal from it. As the blog builds, it will look to support people who have suffered from childhood trauma and are possibly living with resultant Complex-PTSD, as well as people living with traumas from other sources. It will highlight ways to bring your system back into harmony and balance.
It is of interest to anyone looking for inspiration on ways to gain and maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit. In keeping with the adage, “Where your attention goes, energy flows”, my aim is to keep things here positive.
There are already plenty of platforms out there in this field. This will be a new voice amongst them. We are all different, and different voices reach different people at different times in different ways. In the same way, all modalities will not work for all people. It is a case of trial and error, to see what is best for you.
It is a key tenet of naturopathic philosophy to empower clients to know how to look after their own health, and that is what I intend to do here. Blog articles will aim to help you to help yourself, and to tell some inspiring stories along the way. You can follow me on Instagram and Pinterest (coming soon), but the best way to get the articles direct to your inbox is to subscribe below.
From time to time, I hope to include guest blogs where people who have suffered with the fallout of traumatic experience can share their story and what helped them to get through. If you would like to be a part of that, please do contact me through my contact page. Lets create a community of mutual learning and support.
